a salad with romain lettuce, tomatoes and feta cheese

The salad was made of hand shredded romain lettuce, tomatoes and feta cheese served with a sweetish Japanese salad dressing (you can see the bottle on the top right hand corner of the photo) that went so well with the salty feta cheese.

Wow bravo!!! That’s a wonderful looking turkey and the way you prepared it in brine’s an eye-opener for me but sounds like would make quite a tasty bird indeed. The rice stuffing recipe also sounds very yummy. Actually I’m drooling over the whole feast Mrs Connie. You’ve outdone yourself! :-)
