When you hear the term “fish head soup”, the picture that forms in the mind is fish head in a clear broth with leafy green vegetables…But I’ve often dreamed of a fish head soup that was more filling, more robust and less ordinary. عندما تسمع عبارة "رأس السمك شوربة" ، والصورة التي اشكال في اعتبارها هو رأس السمك في شكل واضح مع حساء الخضار الورقيه الخضراء… ولكن كنت كثيرا ما كان يحلم به سمكة رئيس الحساء ان كان اكثر الملء ، وأكثر قوة وأقل العاديين. No clear broth with subtle hints of garlic and ginger but full-bodied and with a lot of bite in it. حساء واضحة لا خفاء مع تلميحات من الثوم والزنجبيل ولكن الكاملة جسديا ومع الكثير من عضة فيه. Chilis and coconut cream seemed like a great idea. Chilis القشده وجوز الهند وبدت فكرة عظيمة.

Hot pepper cheese toast الفلفل الحار والجبن نخب
I wanted toast but didn’t feel like butter and jam. اردت نخب ولكن لا يشعرون مثل الزبده والمربى. I wanted something hot from the oven but was too lazy to bake muffins or scones. اردت شيئا من الفرن الساخن جدا ولكن كسوله لأخبز الكعك او الكعكات. Too lazy even to make some pancakes. كسلان جدا حتى جعل بعض الفطائر. I thought I’d have a salad with croutons. اعتقدت أنا لها السلطة مع الخبز المحمص. But not just any croutons but something spicy and really bursting with flavor. ولكن ليس اي شيء الخبز المحمص سبايسي ولكن في الواقع مع نكهه الانفجار.
