When you hear the term “fish head soup”, the picture that forms in the mind is fish head in a clear broth with leafy green vegetables…But I’ve often dreamed of a fish head soup that was more filling, more robust and less ordinary. Hot pepper cheese toast Peperoncino formaggio brindisi
I wanted toast but didn’t feel like butter and jam. Volevo brindisi, ma non ha voglia di burro e marmellata. I wanted something hot from the oven but was too lazy to bake muffins or scones. Volevo qualcosa di caldo dal forno, ma era troppo pigro per cuocere i muffins o focaccine. Too lazy even to make some pancakes. Troppo pigro anche a fare qualche frittelle.
