书评：奈杰尔斯莱特的厨房日记 I’d like to think that Nigel Slater’s The Kitchen Diaries is an attempt to redefine cookbook writing.我想认为，奈杰尔斯莱特的厨房日记，是企图重新菜谱书面答复。 It is more about sharing rather than trying to impress .这是有关共享的更多信息，而不是试图留下深刻的印象 。 The message is: Cooking great meals is not the sole domain of professional chefs — we can all do it if we wanted to.讯息是：伟大的烹饪三餐，是不是唯一的领域的专业厨师-我们都可以这样做，如果我们想。

Spanish tortilla西班牙语玉米饼

This is soooo easy to make.这是soooo容易作出。 And the cooked dish looked just swell.和煮熟的菜看刚才胀大。 Tasted great too.尝到了伟大的太。 We had this Spanish Tortilla for lunch last Sunday, storm and all, and my family loved it.我们这西班牙文玉米饼午餐，上周日，风暴和所有和我的家人喜欢它。 The original recipe is for an all-vegetable dish.原食谱是为所有蔬菜菜。 My modification consisted of the addition of a can of tuna flakes (lemon and butter flavor), the adjustment of the proportion of the ingredients for what I considered a more balanced dish and the substitution of green peas for bell peppers which we didn’t have in the house last Sunday.我的修改构成增设一个可以金枪鱼片（柠檬和奶油的味道），调整的比例配料是什么，我认为一个更为平衡的碟和替代的绿色豌豆为钟辣椒，我们没有在内务上周日。
