My husband took the kids to school this morning for their twice weekly reporting to the Kumon Center. They were in such a rush that no one had a proper breakfast. Since they would only be there for about an hour, I used that hour to make some ham and cheese omelets. I cooked two and they were ready by the time my family got back.

My 13-year-old exclaimed, “Ham na naman (Ham again)?” She had her fill anyway. There were no leftovers. But I guess that means I should give the ham a rest.

LOL Chris, I still manage to see my e-mails but I just haven’t been able to answer all of them. Spent over a week rebuilding this thing. And it’s only about 90% okay. “Sassy Lawyer” should be up again before the New Year. The saffron would be great. Arranging my sked is the problem hehehe

gna, me too. me too. happy holidays to you to. :)

Sha, classic example of too many cooks spoiling the food eh? If a friend did that to me, I wouldn’t speak to her again hehehehe

hello! I frequently visit your site and I’m happy to say that through your recipes and additional pieces of information I got from here, I am now able to cook foods that I can only eat in restaurants. I tried your hot chiken salad last christmas and it’s delicious, as if i ordered it from Shangri-la he he he.

this new year can’t decide yet what to serve my hubby, dami kasing masarap dito.

the bottom line is, thank you for sharing this wonderful wonderful site and i hope you’ll be able to recover everything before new year.

have a fruitful and more successful year ahead!

    regards,
    neri

Buti pa anak ni Sassy, sinasabi “ham nanaman?”

Yung ibang bata, sinasabi “isipin mo na lang, ham yan!” :p hehehehe

  14. Connie on Sat, 31st Dec 2005 10:35 pm

Jon, I think your theory is that it’s because we have ham all year round. Not the case. Actually, with my kids, you feed them the same thing for two straight meals and you’ll hear the na naman? complaint. :-D
