We were an hour early for an eight o’clock appointment yesterday and we drove around the Loyola area looking for a good place to have breakfast. We considered Seattle’s Best but the parking area was bathed in sunlight and getting into the car afterwards would have been like getting into a hot oven. Well, it’s the kind of place we’d probably visit again, over and over, whenever we’re in the area. The bread was grease-free, the crust was thin but crisp, the inside of the bread was soft and moist and the filling was too wonderful for words. O pão foi graxa-livres, mas a crosta era cristalino fino, o interior do pão era macio e úmido e ao preenchimento era muito maravilhoso para palavras.

Hi Miss Connie, is the shop new in E.Abada? Oi Miss Connie, é a nova loja no E. Abada? I can’t remember going there when I was still studying in the Katipunan area (that was about 3 years ago). Não me lembro ir lá quando eu ainda estava estudando na Katipunan área (que era de cerca de 3 anos atrás). Interesting! Interessante! Might drop by one of these days to try this out. Deve cair em um desses dias para julgar o caso.

Ice, am not sure how old the place is. Gelo, não estou certo quantos anos é o lugar. We’re not in the area all that often but it was the first time we noticed it. Não estamos em toda a área que, muitas vezes, mas foi a primeira vez que reparei-lo.

That’s it. É isso aí. Don’y say anything more about that sandwich. Don'y dizer mais nada sobre aquele sanduíche. You are making me hungry. Você é tornar-me fome. …I guess I just have to wait till after Christmas when my wife and I get to visit our vacation house again. … Eu suponho eu só têm de esperar até depois do Natal, quando minha mulher e eu começo a visitar a nossa casa de férias novamente.
