Just my kinda lunch. Wonderful, simple, quick(-ish!) and like all things simple, good!
Thanks for the recipe. I might try this on the other half and the juniors (one of which does not like tomatoes!) Will tell you how it goes.

Great recipe! I am always looking for new ideas to the regular sandwich for my son’s linch box (see The Daily Tiffin. This is easy and quick to make in the mornings and cheese ‘n’ tomatoes are always a great combination.

Hi Connie! I tried this one na and it turned out yummy, as usual….what is not yummy here? Sarap talaga….My kids ate it too….actually para sa kanila talaga….Thank you talaga….I’m a cook now!!!!!
