Bored with cabbage rolls cooked in tomato sauce? Try my “invention”… it’s like making morcon but without the red meat.

Radical Cabbage Rolls

The “cabbage rolls” I grew up with were filled with ground pork and cooked in tomato sauce. All the cabbage rolls recipes I’ve read were just variations of that basic recipe. Like, is that an unspoken rule or something? Who said there were rules in cooking? Heck, the only rule in the kitchen is you have to keep the food and the kitchen clean. Period. Any rule beyond that is an infringement on the freedom of expression (ha ha). So, I “invented” my own cabbage rolls recipe. It looks prettier, it tastes a lot better and it is definitely healthier than the pork stuffed rolls. Hey, don’t just take my word for it… you got to try it, really.
