Shoppersville Bakeshop’s blitz torte
We’re always on the lookout for good cakes. We’re rather tired of commercial cakes that contain too many extenders. When my brother and his family came over for my birthday, they brought a chocolate cake from Shoppersville Bakeshop. It’s been so long since we’ve enjoyed anything from Shoppersville. In fact, I had forgotten how good its cakes are. After the chocolate cake, my husband had been encouraged to pass by Shoppersville Bakeshop to buy and bring home more of its cakes, like this blitz torte.

The best thing about Shoppersville Bakeshop’s cakes is their homemade quality. Everything is still done by hand. No mass production like Goldilocks and Red Ribbon. Apart from the full-sized cakes, Shopsville Bakeshop has other sweets too. The <1>mamon (chiffon cupcakes) is to die for, really.
Shoppersville Bakeshop is located on the second floor of Shoppersville Supermarket along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City, in front of the Ateneo de Manila University.
