Spaghetti, ham and Alfredo sauce

Go to page 1 2 »»

Ingredients :

200 g. of pasta (spaghetti or fettuccinne)
225 g. of cream (I used all purpose cream)
1/2 c. of grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. of chopped ham
1/4 c. of butter
ground white pepper
more Parmesan cheese for garnish

Cooking procedure :

Boil the pasta according to package directions. I suggest undercooking them a bit so that they can finish cooking in the sauce, allowing them to absorb the flavors.

Melt the butter in a cooking pan. Add the chopped ham and cook until lightly browned. Pour in the cream and add the cheese. Sprinkle with pepper. Stir well.

Add the pasta to the sauce and toss well. Cover loosely and let sit for about 5 minutes.

To serve, sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.

This one ate connie, im going to have for dinner. My hubbie is devouring his baked mac i cooked yesterday and am allowing him to finish everything. I only dip my ou fork once because he doesnt seem to like it when i take a small bite of his baked mac. Anyway, i like everything about pasta and prefers those in white sauce and less meat.

I wish you will come up with your version of an eggplant parmigiana recipe. I have had this many times at Rosarios but never learned how to cook it.

I love your recipes ate connie!
